These are the terms and conditions that every member must agree to in order to participate.

1. Eligibility: The giveaways are open only to active registered members of www.countdowntowin.com who reside in and are physically located in the 50 United States. We will not ship prizes outside the US. Furthermore, please only sign up to a site where you can actually use the prizes being offered. If you do not live in or near the local area of the site please do not sign up to it. Please sign up to the Countdown To Win site in your area or if there is not yet one in your area please wait till it arrives. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to Participate:

1. Sign up to become a new member by following any sign-up or register link.

2. Verify your registration by clicking the link in the email sent to you. Go ahead and create a profile and upload a picture of yourself so we can see all of our lucky winner’s faces.

3. Make sure you are signed in to the site at the time of the drawing to be qualified. At the end of the countdown, if you are the lucky winner, your username will appear at the top of the giveaway page. To claim the prize simply click the link that shows you are the winner. You will have 1 minute to claim your prize. If you fail to click the link in time, you will forfeit the prize and we will draw another name.

4. Always make sure your info in your profile is accurate and up to date because that is the information we use to ship your prize to you. Members cannot see your contact information.

Important: If you are not signed in at the time of the drawing you’re name has no chance of being drawn.

Limit one entry per person. There is no getting around this. Nothing you can do can increase your chances of winning because there is only one winner drawn randomly from all logged in and active members.

3. Prizes Awarded: NO FEE OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. AGAIN, NOTHING YOU CAN DO CAN IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. One member will receive the prize listed in the giveaway unless that particular giveaway says otherwise. Prizes will be awarded once the winners have been contacted. If the winner fails to claim the prize by not clicking the claim link within 1 minute, another name will be drawn until the prize is claimed. All contact information is required in order to receive prize. Prize will not be sent untill all contact info is filled out. If the winner has incorrect address information they “obviously” will not receive the prize and it will be returned back to us. We will take this as forfeiting the prize (Who would do that?). Let me reiterate: If the selected winner has not complied with the terms and conditions, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected.

4. Limitation of Liability: www.countdowntowin.com or Travis Farnes is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in processing entries for the giveaways.

Travis Farnes or www.countdowntowin.com is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable website network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

Travis Farnes or www.countdowntowin.com is not responsible for any delay, error, failure, problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any other failures due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at the website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any entrant, entrant’s computer or to any other computer related to or resulting from participation in these giveaways. If for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Travis Farnes or www.countdowntowin.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the giveaways, Travis Farnes or www.countdowntowin.com reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway.

CONDUCT: Travis Farnes or www.countdowntowin.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the giveaway process or the operation of the giveaway or website, to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. TRAVIS FARNES OR WWW.COUNTDOWNTOWIN.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. Tax Information: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize won are the sole responsibility of the winner. Note: This should rarely come into play, maybe only on larger giveaways like cars, etc.

6. Sponsors: The sponsors of each giveaway will be clearly listed in each giveaway page.

7. Winners List: To view a list of winners please visit the giveaway pages. Every winner is clearly posted at the top of each giveaway page.

8. Comment Spam: Do not spam the comments section with useless comments. Repeated attempts at creating useless, no-value comments may result in account deletion, and banning from countdowntowin.com.

9. Multiple Accounts: It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts at countdowntowin.com. If any member is caught with multiple accounts they will be faced with account deletion and banning from countdowntowin.com. If they have any prizes claimed but not yet sent out, the prize will be forfeited.
